Transforming Team Dynamics Through Gamified Accessibility

We believe that accessibility is not a technical hurdle, but a competitive advantage. By integrating gamification into our virtual escape rooms, we create high-stakes environments where diverse team members must collaborate, communicate, and solve challenges together. This fosters an inclusive culture where every voice is heard and every skill is valued.

The delivery of each Escape Room has been focussed on making it an enjoyable experience for all your team. Delivered online we include all team members regardless of their disability.

Design of the content uses the best practices of accessibility, ensuring that the content is the greatest asset.

Accessibility questions used in the Escape Rooms are based on the combined experience of two of the worlds leading senior document accessibility specialists. Sam and Jon have written formal training on document accessibility, deliver hundreds of accessibility training and awareness sessions, presented at Naidex 2026. They are highly sort after public speakers on the subject of accessibility. This includes speaking at events for public sector bodies.
